Rachael Cook
Rachael Lee Cook was born on October 4 in 1979. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as an actor on the TV shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her.
